Mill House, Somerset.
A beautiful restoration of the former Mill House in Somerset.
All surfaces were meticulously prepared which we believe is the key to a successful job.
The walls were emulsioned with a classic neutral “Dulux timeless'' and the staircase painted in Little Greene’s “Loft White” Eggshell. Dulux “Duck Egg Blue” was applied as an accent colour on the skirtings and architraves, adding colour to the stairwell and enhancing the beautiful old ledge and brace doors.
Finally a Sanderson wallpaper was chosen to bring a country welcome to the grand entrance of the former Mill.

Grade II Listed Country Home.
Beautiful Grade II listed property in the heart of a Somerset village.
Preparation was key to achieving a high standard of finish for this beautiful period property.
Weather damaged masonry was repaired carefully reforming the sandstone back to its original chiseled state. Old layers of paint were stripped from the original timber windows and new putty was applied to the individual glazing panels.
Finally, Dulux weather protecting paint, chosen in a striking colour combination were applied to finish this grand renovation.

Restoring a beautifully handmade ash kitchen in Wells, Somerset.
The start of the process involves all the kitchen doors and drawer fronts being carefully removed and taken to our workshop. This allows the bulk of the work to be carried out without disruption to the customer.
After a thorough preparation process to remove all contaminants that build up on a kitchen surface over time. All pieces are moved to the spray booth to receive a professionally applied paint system starting with a high adhesion primer and finishing with an ultra smooth, low sheen eggshell in this case Farrow & Ball Slipper Satin.
The difference a painted kitchen can make to a room is huge, these beautiful handmade cabinets are now in contrast bringing light to this once dark kitchen.
